AI / ML Engineer
Build agentic-AI and RAG systems that ship in production for enterprise clients. You'll design pipelines, evaluate models, and own production quality.

What you'll do
- Design and ship RAG and agentic-AI workflows (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP).
- Build evaluation harnesses and guardrails for production AI.
- Work with vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone) and embedding pipelines.
- Optimize inference cost and latency (vLLM, TGI, Ollama, hosted APIs).
- Pair with backend engineers to integrate AI into product features.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building ML/AI systems in production.
- Strong Python; comfort with LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and agentic patterns.
- Familiar with vector DBs, eval frameworks, and guardrails.
- Excellent written English.
Nice to have
- Published research, open-source AI projects, or notable case studies.
- Experience deploying models on private infrastructure.
Compensation
₹20L – ₹45L (US$24k – $54k) + ESOPs
