Fixed-Bid Project

Defined scope, defined price

Best for: MVPs, replatforms, and projects with clear requirements up front. Best when you know what you want and when you want it.

How it works: We run a discovery sprint, write a detailed SOW, and quote a fixed price and timeline. You approve, we ship — bi-weekly demos, change orders for scope shifts.

Time & Materials (T&M)

Pay for what you use

Best for: Evolving scope, research-heavy work, and products where the right solution emerges from iteration. The most flexible model we offer.

How it works: We agree on a team composition and hourly/daily rate. You prioritize the backlog. We ship every 2 weeks. You're billed for actual hours worked, with monthly caps.

Best when you have a product owner on your side

Pricing: Blended hourly rate: ₹1,500 – ₹3,500/hr (US$20 – $50/hr). Monthly cap recommended.

Dedicated Team

Your embedded squad

Best for: Ongoing product work, long roadmaps, and companies that want a stable team without the overhead of hiring. Think of us as your engineering department.

How it works: You get a cross-functional squad (PM, design, frontend, backend, QA) dedicated to you. We work in your tools, attend your standups, and ship against your roadmap.

Pricing: Monthly retainer per squad: ₹4L – ₹15L/month (US$5k – $18k). Scales with team size.

Retainer / Support

Always-on partnership

Best for: Production systems that need monitoring, bug fixes, performance tuning, security patches, and small enhancements. Calm, predictable, on-call.

How it works: You prepay a monthly hour bank. We handle incidents, requests, and small features against an SLA. Hours roll over up to 1 month. Unused hours don't disappear.

Outcome-based partnership

Best for: Marketing campaigns, SEO, paid media, DevOps, and 24/7 operations where you want to pay for outcomes (MQLs, uptime, cost-savings) — not hours.

How it works: We agree on KPIs and a monthly fee. We own the day-to-day execution, reporting, and optimization. Quarterly business reviews keep us aligned to your goals.
